All of Rudy's paletas are dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and are sweetened with organic, fair-trade cane sugar. The production kitchen never comes in contact with dairy, soy or gluten. However, I do use a variety of nuts.

Menu is based on the seasonality and availability of produce. All items may not be available at all times.
